For couples who want to truly LIVE their wedding day, not create a posed version of it. All of my photos are real, in the moment snapshots of your day. No stiff cheesy poses. We create your couples photos through intentional direction, movement, connection and a whole heap of silliness. My goal is to help your personalities shine through, not to have you stare blankly at my camera the whole time.
Let's not forget, it's a wedding day. NOT A PHOTOSHOOT.
WHO'S CHRIS?
So, I'm Chris (He/him).
I'm a wedding photographer based out of Sheffield South Yorkshire, providing some of the most care free and authentic wedding snaps for wonderful people across the UK.
We're not about overly posed, or taking our selves to seriously. We're all about good times, big energy, candid moments and genuine connections.
Weddings are celebrations of life, and I want your photos to be a celebration of you as a couple.
That only happens when my couples are given space to be themselves. Not be bossed around into the same poses all day long.
There's no certain look or dress code over here, you don't have to pretend to be someone you're not.
My only requirement is you have to be up for a laugh, and truly want to have a blast on your wedding day!
I have ADHD and Dyslexia and believe it or not, I've written all of this website myself.
That's right, our AI overlords have made zero contributions to this site, this is my creation, so please bear this in mind when you see a spelling mistake or a section of the website I've clearly got side tracked and never finished. These are little signs of the handmade nature of my work.

I've been called lots of things over the years, a wedding wingman, unofficial bridesmaid, chaos coordinator, photo man. Lots of different things. The point being I'm all in on your day, I'm there for all of it. To capture the joy and energy, bring the energy when needed, and to be the calm voice you need through the chaos.
I'll also take the odd picture in between.

30 WEDDINGS A YEAR
To ensure each of my couples get the best of me, I limit the number of weddings I take on each year. Once I reach that number, the diary is closed.
I don't use an editor, and I don't just fire the photos through AI and call it a day, I sit down and take my time to carefully curate your gallery ensuring I hand edit each image to my liking. This takes time. a really long time...
So 30 is where we draw the line.

It is honestly hard to put into words how happy we are that we booked Chris as our wedding photographer. Right from the get go when we met him at a wedding fayre, we knew his candid and fun style was a great fit for us and we booked him straight away. He celebrated our weirdness and was excited by our silly ideas.
