WHO IS CHRIS?
To say we have a busy house is an understatement. There's 4 of us, myself Chris (He/Him), my Gorgeous girlfriend Paris (She/Her), Our lovely little boy Rupert (3 years old) and our beautiful daughter Ophelia (1 year old).
Along side the kids we have two businesses, my photography business and Paris' Wedding fayre business - The Fayre Rebellion
I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2026 at the ripe old age of 30.
This set up is perfect for me because I spend a lot of hours at home editing, meaning I'm able to spend lots of my days with the family.
I have a few loves in my life. I love coffee, I love food, and I love running (more the idea of running than actually running).

GIVING BACK
Each year I like to do something to help my local community and give back in different ways.
Last year myself and Paris gave away 22 different Christmas gifts to those less fortunate than ourselves. One to represent each of the weddings I was lucky enough to photograph that year.
This was done via Dunelm's Christmas gift exchange, in store there is a Christmas tree with various tags all requesting different gifts for someone who might go without at Christmas time.
We purchased the requested items and dropped them off at Dunelm to be distributed to those people in the community.
This will be a yearly tradition moving forwards, I have set aside 2% of each of my invoices this year to use to donate again this Christmas to various causes.
I'm not 100% sure on the plan for this year, but I'm hoping it will be bigger and better than the year before.
HOW DID WE GET HERE?
Honestly, becoming a wedding photographer wasn't the original plan. I never truly had a plan. Other than when I was 15 and decided I wanted to move to France and become a snowboard instructor.
HOSPITAL
After collage I did an apprenticeship with the NHS in Pharmaceutical Science. I worked for the NHS in the hospital pharmacy for around 4 years.
HOUSE
After I left the NHS I worked as an estate agent for about a year.
BANK
After the estate agency I took on another apprenticeship this time working for a bank. I got various qualifications and worked different roles within the financial industry. but honestly the 9-5 life wasn't for me.
CLUB
While working at the bank I started doing nightlife photography in some clubs around Sheffield and Manchester. Then covid hit and the clubs closed.
PRODUCT
I set up a simple product photography studio, fully covid safe, post me the product, I shoot it, and post it back. This took off exceptionally well and about a year later, I left the bank to do product photography full time.
WEDDING
The week I officially left the bank, I lost my largest product photography client. At this time a friend asked me to photograph his wedding, just 10 people as that's all the covid restrictions allowed. I BLOODY LOVED IT. After that I was hooked and built the wedding business you see today.
